Requirements

• Previous lube technician or automotive service experience required
• Strong work ethic and the ability to hustle in a fast-paced environment
• Good mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
• Ability to learn new procedures, technology, and service standards
• Team-first attitude and dependable follow-through
• High school diploma or GED required
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Nice To Haves

• ASE certification or technical training preferred

Responsibilities

• Perform oil changes, tire rotations, flushes, multi-point inspections, and other routine maintenance services
• Complete work efficiently and according to dealership standards
• Inspect vehicles for additional safety or service needs
• Communicate clearly with Service Advisors about repair status and recommended work
• Keep the Express Service Area clean, organized, and efficient
• Document work accurately and support a strong overall service process
