About The Position

As a Lube & Tire Technician, you’ll play a critical role in keeping our customers’ vehicles running safely and efficiently—while building the foundation for your career as a technician. You won’t be stuck doing the same task every day—we invest in your development and provide opportunities to learn diagnostics, expand your technical skillset, and move into higher-level repair work.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
- Authorized to work in the United States

Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance services, including oil changes, tire rotations, and fluid services
- Conduct multi-point inspections and identify potential issues
- Support senior technicians with more advanced repairs as your skills grow
- Maintain accurate documentation of services performed
- Follow dealership and manufacturer standards for quality and safety
- Continue developing technical skills through hands-on experience and formal training
