About The Position

Serra Ford Farmington Hills is seeking a dedicated Lube Technician to join our team in Farmington Hills, MI. Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in automotive lubrication or related field preferred
Basic knowledge of automotive systems and maintenance procedures
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work flexible hours as needed

Responsibilities

Perform oil changes and lubrication services following manufacturer and company guidelines
Inspect vehicles and identify any issues requiring additional maintenance or repair
Maintain accurate service records and ensure all paperwork is completed timely
Clean and maintain work areas, tools, and equipment
Provide excellent customer service by explaining services performed and answering questions
Follow all safety regulations and protocols
