About The Position
Victory Toyota of Canton is looking for a motivated Automotive Lube Technician to carry out routine vehicle maintenance following company standards. This role involves fluid changes, multi-point inspections, tire rotations, and general vehicle upkeep, while delivering excellent customer service.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid, unrestricted driver's license with a clean driving record
- Dependable, professional, and customer service oriented
- Basic computer and internet skills
- Excellent communication abilities
- Professional appearance and strong work ethic
- Ability to read and accurately follow instructions
- Physical ability to bend, kneel, squat, stand, and lift heavy objects as needed
Nice To Haves
- Automotive experience or training preferred but not required
Responsibilities
- Maintain vehicle cleanliness during service and repairs
- Check, refill, or replace vehicle fluids, filters, and other maintenance-related parts
- Perform routine inspections and standard maintenance tasks
- Complete required documentation in compliance with company policies
- Maintain shop appearance and safety standards; assist with inventory management
- Follow all safety protocols, shop policies, and environmental regulations
- Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and required educational classes
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management
