As an Automotive Lube Technician, you will perform essential lube, oil changes, filter replacements, and multi-point inspections. Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent is recommended but not required.
  • At least one year of experience as a technician's assistant or apprentice preferred.
  • Valid driver's license and a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) that meets company policy requirements.
  • Local state inspection license is preferred.
  • Ability to work in a shop environment with exposure to noise, dust, odors, fumes, chemicals, and adhesives.
  • Ability to lift up to 100 pounds as needed.
  • Capable of sitting, standing, bending, reaching, talking, hearing, and using hands and fingers frequently.
  • Occasional stooping, kneeling, or crouching required.
  • Good vision including close, distance, peripheral vision and ability to adjust focus.
  • Must operate equipment and move vehicles safely.

Responsibilities

  • Perform lube, oil, filter changes, and multi-point vehicle inspections accurately.
  • Assess vehicles for additional service needs and communicate findings clearly.
  • Maintain clean and safe work areas and ensure vehicles are clean during and after service.
  • Adhere to OSHA and EPA safety standards and follow all dealership procedures.
  • Demonstrate integrity by maintaining ethical standards and professionalism at all times.
  • Support team members by sharing knowledge and promoting a positive work environment.
  • Complete other duties as assigned by management.
