About The Position
Lithia Chrysler Jeep of Reno is urgently hiring Lube Technicians. This full-time position involves performing routine maintenance services, inspecting vehicles, and maintaining service bay cleanliness. The role requires basic mechanical aptitude and a commitment to safety and company standards. You will communicate findings to service advisors and technicians and assist senior technicians as needed.
Requirements
- Previous automotive experience required
- Basic mechanical aptitude
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude
- High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required

Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance services including oil changes, tire rotations, and fluid top-offs
- Inspect vehicles for basic safety and maintenance needs
- Check and maintain tire pressure, battery condition, and fluid levels
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of service bays and equipment
- Follow all safety procedures and company standards
- Communicate findings to service advisors and technicians
- Assist senior technicians as needed
