About The Position

As an Automotive Lube Technician, you will perform oil changes, lubrication services, filter replacements, and multi-point inspections on vehicles. You will maintain high standards of customer service, safety, and professionalism while supporting shop operations efficiently.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not required.
Minimum of one year experience as a technician's assistant or apprentice.
Valid driver's license with a Motor Vehicle Record that meets company standards.
Local state inspection license is preferred.
Ability to work under shop conditions involving noise, dust, fumes, chemicals, and weather.
Capable of lifting up to 100 pounds.
Regularly required to sit, stand, bend, reach, talk, hear, and operate tools with hands and fingers.
Occasional stooping, kneeling, or crouching.
Good vision with ability to focus close up and at a distance.
Ability to safely operate equipment and move vehicles.

Responsibilities

Perform lube, oil, filter, and multi-point inspection services accurately.
Identify additional vehicle service needs and communicate findings to management and customers.
