We are currently seeking a motivated Automotive Lube Technician to join our professional team. This full-time position offers a competitive pay range of $17 to $24 per hour based on experience. Requirements

High school diploma or GED required
Valid, unrestricted driver’s license with a clean driving record
Strong physical dexterity and stamina, able to bend, kneel, squat, stand, and lift heavy objects
Basic computer and internet skills
Excellent communication skills and ability to follow instructions
Professional appearance and dependable work ethic
Customer service and safety oriented
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment

Nice To Haves

Automotive experience or training is a plus but not required; willingness to learn is essential

Responsibilities

Perform maintenance services including oil changes, tire rotations, and multi-point vehicle inspections
Check and top off fluids such as oil, transmission, brake, power steering, differential, windshield washer, and engine coolant
Replace filters and other maintenance-related parts as needed
Maintain cleanliness of vehicles and service areas
Complete required documentation following company and safety standards
Assist with inventory management and keep the shop organized and safe
Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and educational classes
Follow all shop policies, safety procedures, and environmental regulations
