Requirements

Prior experience in automotive maintenance or a dealership service environment required
Careful attention to detail and dedication to doing the job right the first time
Eagerness to learn and grow within the automotive field
Ability to stay focused and productive in a busy, high-volume shop
Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented work ethic
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Responsibilities

Carry out routine maintenance services including oil and filter changes, tire rotations, and multi-point fluid inspections
Check and adjust tire pressure; mount and balance tires as needed
Inspect belts, hoses, filters, and other components to identify wear or potential issues
Flag additional service needs to advisors to ensure customers receive complete care
Follow Ford manufacturer guidelines and dealership service standards on all work performed
Keep the service bay clean, organized, and compliant with safety requirements
Pitch in with general shop duties to keep the team running smoothly
