As an Automotive Lube Technician at Madison Honda, you will perform lube, oil, filter, and multi-point inspections and services to maintain customer vehicles. Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent is recommended but not required.
Minimum of one year experience as a technician's assistant or apprentice preferred.
Valid driver’s license and Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) compliant with company policy.
Local state inspection license is preferred.
Ability to work in a shop environment, exposed to noise, dust, odors, fumes, chemicals, and adhesives.
Capable of lifting at least 100 pounds.
Regularly required to sit, stand, bend, reach, talk, hear, and use hands and fingers.
Occasionally required to stoop, kneel, or crouch.
Must have close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, and the ability to adjust focus.
Safe operation of equipment and vehicles is mandatory.

Responsibilities

Perform lube, oil, filter changes, and multi-point inspections to ensure proper vehicle maintenance.
Assess and recommend any additional vehicle service needs.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment following OSHA and EPA standards.
Ensure cleanliness of vehicles during service and repair.
Communicate clearly and promptly with management and customers to achieve satisfaction.
Support team members through teaching and collaboration.
Perform additional job duties as requested by management.
