Come develop your career with an award-winning, customer focused automotive group. We're looking for an LUBE TECHNICIAN to join our team at FRIENDSHIP CJDR of BRISTOL! Our ideal candidate is self-motivated and reliable. Experience is preferred but not required. This is a second-shift position with a schedule of 11 AM - 8 PM.
Requirements
- Entry level knowledge of automotive mechanics
- Basic computer skills
- Able to learn new technology, repair, and service specifications
- Independent starter with the ability to work well on a team
- Valid driver's license with a good driving record
Nice To Haves
- Experience is preferred
Responsibilities
- Safely drive vehicles to test components and systems
- Accurately provide an estimate of the time needed for service
- Properly use tools and service equipment to diagnose and maintain vehicles
- Efficiently perform work specified on Repair Orders
- Execute repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications
- Effectively communicate any issues or additional needs to Assistant Service Managers
- Adhere to dealership procedures for safety and standards of quality
