We are seeking a reliable and skilled Automotive Lube Technician to maintain vehicle performance by performing lube, oil, filter, and multi-point inspections. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent is recommended but not required.
• Minimum of one year experience as a technician's assistant or apprentice.
• Valid driver's license and a clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) according to company policy.
• Ability to work in a shop environment exposed to noise, dust, odors, fumes, chemicals, and adhesives.
• Capable of lifting at least 100 pounds.
• Regularly stand, sit, bend, reach, talk, hear, and use hands and fingers to handle tools and controls.
• Occasionally stoop, kneel, or crouch.
• Required vision includes near, distance, peripheral, and adjusting focus.
• Operate equipment and move vehicles safely at all times.
• Promote ethical behavior and teamwork.
• Adhere to company standards, laws, and regulations.
• Provide excellent service with fairness and efficiency.
• Maintain professionalism and avoid conflicts of interest.

Responsibilities

• Perform lube, oil, filter changes, and multi-point inspections accurately.
• Identify and report any additional vehicle service needs.
• Maintain cleanliness of vehicles during servicing.
• Deliver prompt and quality customer service with clear communication.
• Ensure a safe, clean, and OSHA/EPA-compliant work environment.
• Support team members by sharing knowledge and assisting as needed.
