Automotive Lube Technician

We are looking for a dependable and skilled Automotive Lube Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will perform routine maintenance such as lube, oil, and filter changes, and conduct multipoint vehicle inspections. Maintaining high standards of customer service, safety, and workplace cleanliness is essential.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not required.
- Minimum of one year experience as a technician's assistant or apprentice.
- Valid driver's license and compliance with company Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) policies.
- Ability to work in a shop environment with exposure to noise, dust, fumes, chemicals, and adhesives.
- Capable of safely lifting up to 100 pounds.
- Regularly required to sit, stand, bend, reach, talk, hear, and operate tools and equipment.
- Occasional stooping, kneeling, or crouching as needed.
- Visual acuity including close, distance, peripheral vision, and ability to adjust focus.
- Safe operation of equipment and vehicle movement when required.
- Demonstrates ethical behavior and promotes teamwork.
- Adheres to company policies and relevant state and federal laws.
- Provides excellent, fair, and efficient service.
- Maintains professionalism and trustworthiness.
- Communicates clearly and professionally.

- Possession of a local state inspection license is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Perform lube, oil, and filter changes and conduct multipoint inspections to ensure accurate vehicle diagnostics and quality service.
- Identify and communicate additional vehicle maintenance needs to customers and team members.
- Maintain cleanliness and care of vehicles during servicing and repairs.
- Provide prompt, efficient, and accurate service to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Comply with OSHA and EPA standards to maintain a safe and clean work environment.
- Follow management instructions and actively participate in continuous improvement efforts within the dealership.
- Demonstrate professionalism and strong ethical standards in all tasks.
- Maintain an orderly, clean, and safe workspace at all times.
- Exhibit excellent attendance and a positive attitude.
- Support and assist team members as a role model.
