We are seeking a motivated Automotive Lube Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will support our service department by performing routine maintenance tasks and ensuring vehicles are properly serviced to meet safety and performance standards. This is a fast-paced, team-oriented environment where professionalism and customer service are essential. Physical stamina is required to perform lifting, bending, kneeling, squatting, and standing throughout shifts. Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Valid, unrestricted driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Strong work ethic and dependability

  • Basic computer and internet skills

  • Professional appearance and attitude
  • Ability to read and comprehend work instructions
  • Physical ability to lift heavy objects and perform tasks involving bending, kneeling, squatting, and standing
  • Entry-level candidates with automotive training or experience encouraged to apply

Responsibilities

  • Maintain cleanliness of vehicles during service and repair
  • Check and replace fluids such as oil, power steering, brake, transmission, differential, and engine coolant
  • Inspect tires for pressure and condition, rotate tires as needed
  • Perform multi-point vehicle inspections and routine maintenance jobs
  • Ensure all required documentation is accurate and complies with regulations
  • Support shop appearance and safety standards, including inventory stocking
  • Follow all shop policies, procedures, safety, and environmental rules
  • Attend staff meetings, trainings, and educational sessions as required
  • Perform other duties assigned by management
