About The Position
Considering a move from an Express or general repair role into full diagnostics and complex repair work? This shop offers Flat Rate pay and a real path forward. New technicians start on an apprenticeship. Growth follows a clear map through Lexus Learn, showing exactly what is needed to reach the next level, including ASE Test Out credit toward advancement. Three mentors are on the floor daily, including a Diagnostic Specialist who trains side by side on the tougher jobs. Questions get answered. Problems get solved together. The shop stays busy. Ten flagged hours in a day is normal, with steady work coming through service and parts. The floor is clean, organized, and fully air conditioned, stocked with special tools that are maintained and ready to use. Service advisors move cars quickly and sell the work. The shop foreman keeps tools in good shape and helps troubleshoot on request. Management listens when something needs fixing. One year in, a technician here can move from basic maintenance into heavy engine repair, electrical diagnostics, and full inspection work, learning alongside a mentor and shop foreman the whole way. Requirements
