About The Position
Atlantic Coast Enterprises (ACE) is a full-service lubrication, fluid, and automotive maintenance center seeking to hire part-time and full-time Automotive Technicians to provide top-notch service at a Jiffy Lube in Hadley, MA. ACE is dedicated to expanding and moving constantly on to new and different challenges, and was recognized as the franchisee of the year within the Jiffy Lube nationwide network. Requirements
- At least 18 years old
- Valid driver's license
- Physical ability to perform typical tasks required for repairing and servicing vehicles including the ability to stand for several hours at a time and lift up to 50 lbs
- Comfortable working in a variety of weather conditions
- Excellent mechanical skills
- Drive to problem-solve
- Able to work independently and in a team environment
- Exceptional customer service skills

- Previous experience is a plus
Responsibilities
- Take excellent care of customers' vehicles.
- Identify mechanical problems.
- Provide preventative maintenance.
- Address customer concerns.
- Give recommendations for repairs.
- Provide proper labor and time estimates.
- Make repairs and replace parts as requested.
- Stay on top of the latest knowledge and training.
