Requirements

• At least 18 years old
• Valid driver's license
• Physical ability to perform typical tasks required for repairing and servicing vehicles including the ability to stand for several hours at a time and lift up to 50 lbs
• Comfortable working in a variety of weather conditions
• Excellent mechanical skills
• Drive to problem-solve
• Able to work independently and in a team environment
• Exceptional customer service skills

Responsibilities

• Take excellent care of customers and their vehicles.
• Identify mechanical problems.
• Provide preventative maintenance.
• Address customer concerns.
• Give recommendations for repairs.
• Provide proper labor and time estimates.
• Make repairs and replace parts as requested.
• Stay on top of the latest knowledge and training.
