About The Position

The Automotive Lube and Oil Technician is responsible for performing lube-related services and vehicle inspections efficiently and professionally. This role requires a strong customer service focus and adherence to company standards for quality and safety.

Frequently lift or move up to 25 pounds; occasionally lift up to 100 pounds.

Responsibilities

Perform lube, oil, and filter services in a professional manner.
Conduct vehicle inspections as required.
Maintain equipment in good working order and keep the work area safe, clean, and organized.
Complete assigned service tasks within allotted timeframes.
Attend company meetings and participate in performance management processes.
Follow company policies and comply with federal, state, and local regulations.
Maintain confidentiality and adhere to company non-disclosure agreements.
Keep technical qualifications current through required training.
Ensure vehicles are cleaner upon return than when received.
Submit accurate paperwork and documentation after completing jobs.
