Requirements
- Valid Driver's License
- Ability to drive both manual and automatic transmissions
- High school diploma or GED
- One to three months of relevant experience
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, correspondence, and safety manuals
- Ability to write clear and concise correspondence
- Problem-solving skills
- Ability to apply common sense to carry out straightforward instructions and address standardized situations
- Effective reasoning skills to tackle concrete issues with confidence
Responsibilities
- Verifying the receipt of new vehicles
- Conducting thorough damage inspections to ensure every car meets our high standards
- Comparing serial numbers against invoices and meticulously recording any damage or missing accessories
- Parking vehicles in an orderly fashion
- Cataloging and storing keys for efficient access
- Assigning stock control numbers
- Maximizing lot space by moving sold vehicles
- Delivering sold vehicles to the preparation department
- Servicing vehicles in storage to protect them from deterioration
