About The Position
The Automotive Lot Tech is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the dealership lot, assisting customers, and performing various tasks to support the service and sales departments. This role requires a valid driver's license, the ability to work independently, and a commitment to customer service.
Requirements
- Must have a valid driver's license.
- Pass pre-employment drug test.
- Team oriented.
- Flexible and focused on maintaining a high level of customer service.
- Work well with little to no supervision.
- Self-motivated and willing to go the extra mile.
- Regular and reliable attendance is required.
Responsibilities
- Park vehicles in assigned areas.
- Assign stock numbers to vehicles and store keys in designated areas.
- Assist customers in locating their vehicles.
- Keep doorways shoveled and cleared during winter months.
- Clear snow and ice from vehicles on the lot during winter months.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dealership lot, including picking up trash and debris.
- Wash customer vehicles.
- Empty trash containers.
- Assist with grass cutting duties during summer months.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
