Requirements
- Previous automotive dealership experience preferred but not required
- Strong attention to detail and ability to stay organized
- Positive attitude with excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced dealership environment
- Ability to safely operate and move vehicles
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
- Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic
Responsibilities
- Provide a high level of customer service to all dealership guests
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional dealership lot and service drive
- Move and park customer and dealership vehicles safely and efficiently
- Keep service lanes clear and organized throughout the day
- Place protective paper and plastic in vehicles as required
- Clean and sanitize vehicle touch points including steering wheels, door handles, and gear shifters before and after service
- Retrieve vehicles for customers and ensure proper vehicle identification before delivery
- Accurately tag and organize vehicle keys
- Greet customers on the service drive promptly and direct them to the appropriate team member
- Maintain a clean environment by removing trash, debris, and hazards from service areas
- Clean fluid spills immediately and follow dealership safety procedures
- Maintain a clean and safe environment during weather events
- Maintain a professional appearance and wear approved dealership uniform
- Participate in required dealership training
- Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and local/state/federal regulations
