About The Position
Easy Auto is hiring a full-time Lot Attendant / Porter at our Knoxville dealership. If you like staying busy, working outside, and taking pride in how things look and run, this is a great way to get your foot in the door at a growing, family-owned company. No dealership experience needed — we'll train you.
Requirements
- Valid driver's license and a clean, satisfactory driving record
- Strong work ethic, integrity, and attention to detail
- Positive attitude and a team-first mindset
- Able to work outdoors in all weather and stay on your feet throughout the shift
Nice To Haves
- Some vehicle or maintenance experience is a plus, but not required
Responsibilities
- Keep the lot organized, clean, and presentable — vehicles staged, lined up, and ready to show
- Move and shuttle inventory between locations, service, and detail
- Prep vehicles for customer delivery (fuel, wash, plates, walk-around ready)
- Handle light grounds and janitorial work to keep the property sharp
- Assist the sales and service teams with light mechanical tasks and other day-to-day needs
- Pitch in wherever the team needs a hand
