About The Position

Camargo Cadillac is looking for a dependable, hardworking Automotive Lot Attendant / Car Washer to join our team. If you enjoy working around vehicles, take pride in keeping them looking their best, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to meet you. This is an excellent opportunity to start a career in the automotive industry. You’ll help ensure every vehicle is clean, organized, and ready for delivery while supporting our Sales and Service Departments with day-to-day operations. No previous dealership experience is required—we’ll provide the training you need to succeed.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to safely operate vehicles with both automatic and manual transmissions is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in producing quality work.
• Reliable, punctual, and dependable.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and remain active throughout the day.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience washing vehicles, detailing, or working in automotive is a plus—but not required.

Responsibilities

• Wash, dry, and clean new, pre-owned, and customer vehicles.
• Vacuum interiors and wipe down dashboards, windows, and door panels.
• Maintain the appearance of the dealership lot and vehicle displays.
• Safely move vehicles throughout the dealership and service areas.
• Inspect vehicles for cleanliness and presentation before customer delivery.
• Fuel vehicles as needed.
• Assist with vehicle organization and inventory placement.
• Maintain cleanliness of the wash bay and work areas.
• Assist the Sales and Service Departments with various lot duties.
• Follow all dealership safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment.
