Requirements
- Have a strong commitment to customer service.
- Excellent communication and organization skills.
- Ability to multi-task.
- Basic computer skills
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients through the loaner process
- Answer customer questions on the loaner process.
- Coordinate the organization and maintenance of our service loaner car fleet.
- File accident reports
- Complete general office-type duties like emailing, copying, filing and faxing.
- Assist the Service team with administrative tasks.
