About The Position
We are hiring Experienced Automotive Line Technician/Mechanics. Do you have a passion for repairing cars, assisting with providing exceptional guest experiences, and being an innovator in the automotive industry? At Kendall Ford of Bozeman we are looking for experienced Automotive Technicians to help us redefine the car-servicing experience.
Requirements
- Must have mechanical or tech experience at a dealership or large independent shop.
- Must provide and keep hand and power tools current for position obtained
- Must have ability to operate a wide variety of vehicles both automatic and manual transmissions.
- A valid driver license and good driving record are required.
Nice To Haves
- ASE certifications are a plus but not required.
Responsibilities
- Inspect, diagnose, and identify work that needs to be completed on various vehicles
- Perform adjustments and calibrations, replenishing fluids, disassembling and reassembling vehicle components, and repairing or replacing parts
- Use independent judgment needed to make decisions
- Document all work and hours per manufacturer and Kendall policies
- Road testing all vehicles to ensure quality of work and issues resolution
