We are currently seeking a dedicated Automotive Light Maintenance and Repair Technician to join our team in Globe, AZ. This role plays a key part in maintaining the quality and efficiency of vehicle services, involving routine maintenance, ensuring customer satisfaction, and supporting team members for operational success.

Requirements

Minimum of one year experience as a technician's assistant or apprentice.
Maintain a valid driver’s license and meet company motor vehicle record requirements.

Nice To Haves

High school diploma or equivalent recommended but not required.
No certifications required.
Local state inspection license preferred.

Responsibilities

Perform lube, oil, filter changes, and multipoint vehicle inspections accurately and efficiently.
Assess and identify additional vehicle service needs.
Maintain high-quality standards for all services and notify management of any issues with parts or processes.
Ensure vehicles remain clean during servicing and repairs.
Deliver excellent customer service by providing prompt and clear communication.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment following OSHA and EPA regulations.
Complete all assigned tasks as requested by management.
Adhere to the highest ethical standards in all interactions and duties.
Exemplify professionalism and a positive attitude within the team.
Maintain outstanding attendance and punctuality.
Keep the work area neat, orderly, and compliant with safety standards.
