Midas - Automotive Lead Technician
About The Position
Auto Systems Centers, the world's largest Midas franchisee and part of the Mavis Tire family, is hiring a full-time Automotive Lead Technician for its service, repair, and tire center in Arvada, Colorado. The role involves inspecting, diagnosing, and performing automotive mechanical services, with a focus on undercar repairs and routine maintenance. The position offers guaranteed base pay plus weekly bonus potential, with the opportunity to earn up to $150,000 annually based on performance. The schedule is a five-day work week, with Sundays and one other weekday off. Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience or training in automotive repair, or a relevant combination of education and experience.
- Valid driver's license.
- At least 18 years old.
- Authorized to work in the United States.
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend, and to lift or move items weighing over 50 pounds.
- Dependability, teamwork, and commitment to providing quality service in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
- Inspect, diagnose, and perform automotive mechanical services, including brakes, struts, shocks, and routine maintenance.
- Complete state-mandated inspections and change oil and filters.
- Dismount, mount, rotate, and balance tires.
- Check fluids and replace worn automotive parts.
