About The Position
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Automotive Technician to join our team and contribute to our continued success. In this role, you’ll serve as the go-to expert in the shop—handling complex diagnostics, mentoring junior technicians, and ensuring high standards of repair and efficiency are met daily. With a team of skilled professionals and state-of-the-art equipment, we offer comprehensive solutions to keep vehicles running smoothly.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional automotive technician experience (European vehicle experience strongly preferred).
- Deep understanding of European diagnostic systems, tools, and repair procedures.
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
- Must own professional-grade tools suitable for European vehicle repair.
Nice To Haves
- ASE Master Certification or equivalent manufacturer training (preferred but not required).
- Proven leadership or foreman-level experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Perform advanced diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on a variety of European makes and models.
- Lead and mentor a team of technicians; provide training and support as needed.
- Collaborate with service advisors to ensure accurate repair estimates and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain high-quality repair standards in line with manufacturer specifications.
- Stay up to date with the latest technical information and repair procedures.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
