About The Position

As a Key Desk Coordinator, you will be responsible for checking engineering vehicle keys in and out, opening and closing vehicle shuttle moves, and conducting quarterly key audits. This is an office position that requires minimal walking, standing, and lifting. Applicants must be okay with sitting for extended periods of time.

Requirements

  • Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
  • Must be customer service oriented.
  • Must have exceptional time management and multi-tasking skills.
  • Must be a self-starter.
  • Must be a reliable team player.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age to drive company vehicles at Milford Proving Grounds.

Nice To Haves

  • 1-year customer service experience preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and Outlook applications is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor the vehicle key check-out system by pulling and receiving keys.
  • Update appropriate computer software systems.
  • Conduct quarterly key audits.
  • Interact with GM clients, customers, and shuttle drivers.
  • Field questions and concerns.
  • Adhere to Suburban Automotive Service’s DRIVEN values and align business practices to support the SAS mission and vision.
