Requirements
- 1 year of automotive experience.
- ASE certifications are ideal.
- Strong automotive background
- Strong teamwork skills
- Ability to communicate clearly both verbally and written.
- Willing to submit to a drug screen & background check.
- Must have a clean & valid driver's license.
- Porsche Silver or Gold certified preferred
Nice To Haves
- Porsche or European brand experience strongly preferred
- Strong diagnostic accuracy and technical confidence
- Ability to flag time without compromising quality
- Pride in craftsmanship and commitment to continuous improvement
Responsibilities
- Perform advanced diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs to Porsche manufacturer standards
- Apply expertise across all major vehicle systems, including: Powertrain (engine & transmission), Suspension & steering, High-performance braking systems, Electrical and network systems, Climate control
- Support junior technicians when needed and contribute to a disciplined, professional shop culture
- Work closely with Service Advisors to ensure clear communication, efficient workflow, and exceptional client experience
- Verify every repair meets Porsche expectations for performance, safety, and reliability
