About The Position

Sheehy Auto Stores is seeking a dedicated and reliable Inventory Manager to join their growing company at Sheehy Ford of Springfield. The primary goal of this position is to monitor and report on the company's inventory levels, develop inventory-tracking systems, and review supply levels. Requirements

• High school diploma or the equivalent
• Proficient in MS Office
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Self-Motivated
• Demonstrated entrepreneurial drive and sense of urgency to obtain results consistently
• Have a valid driver's license with a good driving record
• Basic computer skills
• High level of initiative and ability to work in a team

Nice To Haves

• A college degree in Business or a related field is preferred
• Previous dealership or "get ready" experience is preferred

Responsibilities

• Maintain control of all incoming and grounded new and used car inventory
• Control of all display vehicles and the display area, detailing of display vehicles
• Control of all lease terminations
• Control of Dealer Exchanges
• Control of Dealer Demo/loaner car inventory and monthly asset reporting
• Assist with annual vehicle inventory
• Assist with vehicle transfer for car shows and client delivery
