About The Position

Nelson Mazda Murfreesboro is seeking a Part-Time Automotive Inventory Assistant to help maintain their vehicle inventory and dealership appearance. This role supports the sales and operations teams and is ideal for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and enjoys working around vehicles. The schedule is Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 9:00 am to 7:00 pm.

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and stay organized

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to safely operate automatic and manual transmission vehicles preferred
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Ability to stand, walk, and move vehicles throughout the day
• Must possess a valid driver's license and be insurable under the dealership's insurance policy.

Responsibilities

• Organize and maintain dealership vehicle inventory on the lot
• Ensure vehicles are properly parked, displayed, and merchandised
• Coordinate and complete vehicle inventory transfers between locations
• Assist with vehicle detailing and presentation standards
• Maintain lot cleanliness and appearance
• Install and verify window stickers and vehicle information displays
• Take and upload vehicle photos for online listings
• Monitor inventory for missing stickers, plates, tags, or accessories
• Assist management with special projects and inventory audits as needed
