About The Position
Rairdon’s Dodge Chrysler Jeep of Kirkland is looking for an experienced, tech-savvy Internet Sales Manager to join our digital sales team. Requirements
- Proven experience in automotive internet sales or BDC (minimum 2 years preferred).
- Familiarity with CRM systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Tech-savvy with an understanding of current online buying behaviors.
Responsibilities
- Manage and respond to all online sales leads through CRM and third-party platforms.
- Coordinate efforts with the showroom sales staff.
- Help manage the sales customer experience.
- Maintain high follow-up standards and ensure seamless digital-to-showroom customer experience.
- Track performance metrics and generate weekly reports for upper management.
