About The Position

We are committed to providing an excellent customer experience and seeking dedicated professionals to join our team. We are looking for an experienced Automotive Internet Sales Manager to lead and manage our Internet sales activities. You will play a key role in generating and managing online sales leads, guiding customers through the purchasing process, and contributing to our dealership’s ongoing success.

Requirements

  • Minimum two years of automotive Internet sales experience.
  • At least one year of management experience or equivalent training in Internet sales, or a related combination of education and experience.
  • Strong sales, communication, and customer service skills.
  • Excellent organizational and follow-up abilities to maintain client relationships before and after sales.
  • Current valid driver’s license.
  • Basic math skills, including the ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide using whole numbers, fractions, and decimals.

Responsibilities

  • Contact customers and conduct needs analysis to identify desired vehicle make, model, and features.
  • Explain product features and demonstrate vehicle operation in the showroom or on the road.
  • Research vehicle availability and optional equipment using the dealership’s computer database.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Finance & Insurance Managers to negotiate sales price, including tax, trade-in values, licensing fees, discounts, and financing or lease terms.
  • Perform regular visual inspections of inventory on the lot.
  • Complete all paperwork and arrange for vehicle delivery and registration.
  • Deliver vehicles to customers and familiarize them with their new vehicles.
  • Attend required training sessions and department meetings to stay updated on policies and product knowledge.
  • Maintain regular and predictable attendance to support dealership operations.
