Requirements

1+ year(s) of automotive BDC experience
Strong communication skills via phone, email, and text
Proficiency in managing follow-ups using a CRM system
Ability to collaborate effectively with a team
Eagerness to contribute to a high-energy, fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

Review fresh internet leads and inbound inquiries.
Respond to customers via phone, email, and text to schedule appointments and provide information about our extensive vehicle inventory.
Manage precise follow-ups using our CRM to ensure every opportunity is captured.
Collaborate with the sales team to coordinate smooth handoffs of appointments and help drive traffic into the showroom.
Ensure communication is always prompt and professional, with a focus on creating a positive, informed experience for every potential buyer.
