About The Position

Lexus of Westminster is a premier automotive dealership known for quality, reliability, and excellence in customer service. We are seeking motivated Automotive Internet Sales Consultants to join our team and contribute to our continued success. As an Automotive Internet Sales Consultant, you will manage internet sales by generating and following up on online leads. The role requires excellent communication and relationship-building skills as well as thorough product knowledge to guide customers through their vehicle purchasing decisions.

Requirements

Minimum one year of related internet sales management experience or equivalent education and experience.
At least two years of automotive internet sales experience.
Strong sales skills with excellent communication and customer service abilities.
Excellent organizational skills, including diligent follow-up before and after sales.
Valid driver’s license required.
Basic mathematical skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division using whole numbers, fractions, and decimals.

Responsibilities

Contact customers to perform needs analysis regarding vehicle make, type, and desired features.
Explain vehicle features and demonstrate operation in the showroom or on test drives.
Research model availability and optional equipment using computer databases.
Collaborate with Sales and F&I Managers to negotiate sales prices including tax, trade-in allowances, licensing fees, and financing or lease terms.
Inspect inventory regularly by walking the lot.
Complete necessary paperwork and coordinate vehicle delivery and registration.
Familiarize customers with their new vehicle upon delivery.
Attend required training sessions and departmental meetings.
Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
