About The Position

Dent Wizard is seeking an entry-level Automotive Interior Repair Technician. This role involves traveling to customer locations to perform mobile interior repairs on vehicles. The technician will be responsible for repairing rips, tears, burns, stains, and other cosmetic damage in vehicle interiors, mixing dyes, and restoring surfaces to a like-new condition. The position also requires building strong customer relationships and promoting services. Dent Wizard offers comprehensive, paid training, including travel, food, and transportation, with compensation during training at an hourly rate, transitioning to a phased combo of hourly rate and commission. The role offers uncapped earning potential, with long-term earning potential estimated between $60,000-$110,000+.

Requirements

Strong customer service and communication skills
Detail-oriented with a passion for quality and precision
Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
Manual dexterity for repetitive-motion tasks
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
Physical ability to kneel, bend, squat, and lift up to 15 pounds
Vision abilities including close, distance, color vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment
Valid driver’s license and a good driving record
