Automotive Interior Repair Technician Trainee
About The Position
Dent Wizard is a leader in automotive reconditioning services and vehicle protection products. We are seeking detail-oriented individuals who enjoy making things look brand new and working with customers. As an Interior Repair Technician, you will travel to customer locations to perform mobile interior repairs on vehicles, including fixing rips, tears, burns, and stains, and restoring surfaces to like-new condition. You will also build strong customer relationships and promote our services. This role offers comprehensive, paid training, uncapped earning potential, and opportunities for career growth.
Requirements
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Detail-oriented with a passion for quality and precision
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Manual dexterity for repetitive-motion tasks
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Physical ability to kneel, bend, squat, and lift up to 15 pounds
- Vision abilities including close, distance, color vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment
- Valid driver’s license and a good driving record
Responsibilities
- Travel to customer locations (dealerships, auctions, and more) to perform mobile interior repairs
- Repair rips, tears, burns, stains, and other cosmetic damage in vehicle interiors
- Mix dyes and restore surfaces to like-new condition
- Build strong customer relationships and promote our services
