About The Position

As an Installer, you will be responsible for performing the installation of plows, van equipment, aftermarket truck equipment, 12-volt lighting, and electrical installations. Installations must be completed according to the goals set by the Production Manager. You will assemble and install equipment and products under close supervision and in accordance with standard operating procedures. This role requires reading, interpreting, and following basic blueprints, diagrams, engineering drawings, specifications, bill of materials, and other written instructions or procedures to accurately assemble/install equipment and products. You will perform quality work checks to ensure the product meets quality standards, complete all necessary documentation in a timely manner, and confer with your supervisor regarding quality or procedure problems. All work must be performed in accordance with established safety procedures, and you will maintain a clean and safe work area.

Requirements

  • Good vision, ability to follow oral and written instructions; detail oriented and organized; self-motivated and able to meet manufacturing deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic mechanical and/or electrical skills.
  • Able to operate hand and power tools.
  • Must possess and be able to use basic hand tools.
  • Able to remember multiple tasks and be able to communicate verbally and written.
  • High School Graduate or Equivalent.
  • One-year related experience in a manufacturing environment and/or technical school.
  • Eligible to work in the US.
  • Must pass a background check.

Responsibilities
