About The Position

Responsible for handling Technician calls, ordering glass parts, and routing technicians; and daily communication with Glass General Managers about the schedule and helping the Customer Service Team with any scheduling questions in the Glass Markets.

Requirements

• Attention to detail
• Very Reliable and able a team player
• Great written and verbal communication skills
• Able to type 40+ words a minute and be a great multitasker
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions.

Nice To Haves

• 1 year of Glass CSR Experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Order Auto Glass and Route Glass Technicians’ day for assigned markets
• Communicate with Glass General Managers about any issues and go over the schedule for the next day
• Getting approval on any aftermarket parts that are not automatically approved and need to be used
• Go over previous day jobs to make sure a technician was able to mark them complete or not complete
• Assist any Glass Customer Service Representatives that have questions about the scheduler
• Perform other duties as required to successfully meet the needs of the business
