About The Position
Open Road Auto Group is growing and looking for an Automotive Genius to join their team. This role is for someone who loves cars, technology, and helping people, and is the go-to person for understanding the latest technology. As an Automotive Genius, you will be an important part of the customer experience team, introducing customers to their new vehicles, demonstrating features and technology, explaining connectivity and infotainment systems, and ensuring customers leave confident and excited about their vehicle.

Responsibilities
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience from vehicle delivery through ownership
- Conduct new vehicle orientations and technology demonstrations
- Explain infotainment, navigation, Bluetooth, apps, driver-assistance and connectivity features
- Help customers pair smartphones and set up vehicle technology
- Support sales and service teams with product and technology questions
- Stay current on new vehicle features, technology and manufacturer updates
- Build strong relationships with customers and become their go-to product expert
