About The Position

AAA Club Alliance is hiring an Automotive General Service Technician to perform essential vehicle maintenance and general repairs for members and customers. The role includes tire services, routine maintenance, vehicle inspections, and upkeep of shop equipment. The position is full-time, five days per week, at 6600 Perimeter Loop Rd, Dublin, Ohio. Saturdays are part of the regular schedule; employees have one scheduled weekday off and Sundays off. Schedule adjustments may be made based on business needs and approved time off. The stated compensation range is $16.37–$23.02 per hour, with actual pay based on factors such as experience and geographic location. Paid training, paid ASE certifications, and opportunities to advance to higher-level technician roles are offered.

Requirements

• Basic knowledge of automotive systems.
• Strong communication skills for collaborating with the team.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Authorized to work in the USA.
• Ability to pass pre-employment background, drug, and fitness-for-duty screenings if offered a position.

Nice To Haves

• Familiarity with PC-based diagnostic tools.
• Prior automotive maintenance or repair experience is strongly preferred.
• A valid driver's license is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Mount, balance, and install tires.
• Perform oil changes, fluid flushes and replacements, belt and hose replacements, battery testing and replacement, and general automotive repairs.
• Conduct visual vehicle inspections and document findings.
• Maintain and clean shop equipment, including emptying and servicing portable fluid drains according to shop guidelines.
• Continuously build automotive knowledge and technical skills to support future career growth.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
