About The Position

This is a full-time position where the employee will provide service to customer vehicles, including checking and changing fluids and filters, and airing tires. Specialized services such as transmission, differential, and radiator services may also be performed. The role involves inputting customer and maintenance information into a computer, explaining services to customers, and accepting payments. The position requires maintaining clean facilities, observing safety regulations, and performing related duties as assigned. The employee will rotate through various Lube Technician duties, including Upper Bay, Lower Bay, Greeter, and Cashier, receiving daily assignments from the Manager and Assistant Manager.

Requirements

Ability to read and write English.
Successfully complete the Lube Technician training course.
Previous automotive experience is helpful.
Ability to reach four feet in height overhead.
Ability to perform bending, stretching, and use stairs constantly.
Ability to communicate effectively with customers and co-workers.
Ability to respond to communication calls from co-workers.
Mobility is required.
