About The Position

This position is responsible for providing service to customer vehicles, including checking and changing fluids and filters, airing tires, and performing specialized services such as transmission, differential, and radiator services. The technician will input customer and maintenance information into the computer, explain services to customers, and accept payment. The role also involves maintaining clean facilities, observing safety regulations, and performing related duties as assigned. The position rotates through all Lube Technician duties, including Upper Bay, Lower Bay, Greeter, and Cashier, and reports to the Manager and Assistant Manager.

Requirements

Ability to read and write English.
Successfully complete the Lube Technician training course.
Previous automotive experience is helpful.
Ability to reach four feet in height overhead.
Ability to perform bending, stretching, and use stairs.
Ability to communicate effectively with customers and co-workers.
Ability to respond to communication calls from co-workers.
Mobility is required.
