About The Position

This is a full-time position where the employee will provide service to customer vehicles, including checking and changing fluids and filters, and airing tires. The role also involves specialized services such as transmission, differential, and radiator services. The technician will input customer and maintenance information into the computer, explain services to customers, accept payments, and maintain clean facilities. The position reports to the Manager and Assistant Manager and has no direct supervisory responsibilities. The technician will rotate through all Lube Technician duties, including Upper Bay, Lower Bay, Greeter, and Cashier.

Requirements

Ability to read and write English.
Successfully complete the Lube Technician training course.
Previous automotive experience is helpful.
Ability to reach four feet in height overhead.
Ability to perform bending, stretching, and use stairs constantly.
Ability to communicate effectively with customers and co-workers.
Ability to respond to communication calls from co-workers.
Mobility is required.
