Requirements

  • Proven experience as a General Sales Manager or in a similar sales leadership role within the automotive industry.
  • Strong knowledge of automotive sales, inventory management, and dealership operations.
  • Exceptional leadership and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to analyze sales metrics and develop actionable strategies.
  • Proficiency with dealership management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and motivate the sales team to achieve or exceed sales targets.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies and marketing activities.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the purchasing department to ensure optimal stock levels.
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers, addressing their needs and resolving any issues promptly.
