The fastest-growing Nissan dealership in the region is expanding again and searching for a proven Automotive General Sales Manager to lead its New and Used Sales operations to the next level. Requirements

  • 2+ years of proven dealership sales management experience
  • Ability to lead multiple departments and manage diverse teams
  • Strong business acumen with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Commitment to compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
  • Drive to work the hours it takes — including evenings & weekends — to win
  • Valid state sales license

Responsibilities

  • Drive profitability across both new & used vehicle departments
  • Develop annual sales forecasts (vehicle sales, gross, expenses, and operating profit)
  • Set and exceed sales goals by coaching & motivating the sales team
  • Hold weekly sales meetings and deliver impactful training sessions
  • Manage inventory supply, acquisition, and trade-in appraisals
  • Ensure customer satisfaction & resolve escalated issues promptly
  • Partner with the Finance & Insurance Manager to maximize performance
  • Uphold the highest ethical standards and represent the dealership with integrity
