About The Position

General Manager – Import Automotive Dealership Solano County, California We are seeking an accomplished General Manager to lead a high-performing import dealership in Solano County. The Opportunity This role offers full executive oversight of dealership operations, including Sales, Fixed Operations, and Finance. You will partner directly with ownership that is committed to continued investment, operational discipline, and long-term success—providing both the autonomy and support required to excel. Requirements

  • Proven success as a General Manager or high-performing GSM within an automotive dealership (import experience preferred)
  • Demonstrated ability to consistently exceed performance benchmarks in both sales and fixed operations
  • Strong financial acumen, with deep understanding of dealership KPIs and profitability drivers
  • Track record of building, developing, and retaining top-tier teams
  • Results-driven leadership style with a high level of accountability and professionalism

Responsibilities
