About The Position
Lia Honda Kingston is seeking an experienced Automotive General Manager with a proven track record in selling new and used vehicles while maintaining exemplary CSI. The role focuses on delivering an excellent customer experience and creating long-term, repeat business relationships. The dealership operates in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- Prior 5 year Automotive Management experience required
- Proficient in relevant software and technology for CRM
- Applicants with strong references and solid back ground will be considered
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Exceptional negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
- Must have a clean and valid driver's license
Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee all aspects of high volume, high paced dealership including sales, service, parts, finance.
- Lead and motivate management team at all times.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and practices.
- Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to automotive financing.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the dealership with customers, vendors and staff.
- Stay update on industry trends, sales data and financial reports.
