As our General Manager, you will be the driving force behind dealership success, leading every department to achieve operational excellence and outstanding profitability. You will manage all dealership operations to maximize revenue and performance. This role involves reviewing financials, DOCs, and performance metrics to identify growth opportunities. You will develop, document, and maintain operational workflows, process maps, and swimlane diagrams to identify efficiencies and improvement opportunities. You will lead the design and implementation of business processes and strategic plans across multiple teams, and coach and mentor department leaders to achieve individual and team goals. You will partner with ownership to review dealership financials and strategic direction, and develop and maintain positive relationships with manufacturers and lenders. Additionally, you will oversee recruiting, training, and professional development for managers, ensure compliance with company policies and a culture of ethics and accountability, address and resolve customer and employee concerns effectively, and create effective advertising and merchandising strategies to enhance visibility.
